   This product is fantastic. Not only does it help alleviate pain and stiffness in the small joints, it also has ingredients that soften the skin making it feel years younger.

   I have been using the product for a few years now for painful knees. I am now back to jogging every day and I believe this product helped me recover. The company is bit pushy, but they have the best product in my opinion if you believe you have hurt cartilidge.

   For a problem like this, which is related to hurt cartilidge, recovery can take a long time. Patience is key, as is doing the right type of exercises. If you have painful knees, strengthening the quadriceps is very vital. Try going up stairs backwards, jogging backwards. This pulls the patella upwards, very crucial to healthy knees. Also, do not run with fancy overly cushioned shoes. Use minimal shoes: I urge the book “Born to Run” by McDougal

   We had very poor customer service when ordering from the 911 Shop for the H.A. Joint formula by Purity Products. Our printed online receit from Amazon.com showed the right address, 911 Shop copied the incorrect zip code and when the product was returned to them, 911 was very defensive on the phone and would only ship the product to us if we paid another shipping charge which we wouldn’t do. 911 Shop also said they would only reinburse the cost of the product and not our shipping charge.I filed a aver against the company with Amazon.com’s A-Z aver and Amazon reimbursed the full charge to include the shipping charge. I wouldn’t do business with this rude business.

   This product relieved my hand, feet, back and knee pain. It took about 2 weeks to notice a difference. But after that I was pain free.
